Protecting the environment is one of our priorities, y we strive to operate our cruceros as eco-friendly as possible. But it doesn't end taquí — we also make sure the area around the Moldava stays clean, which is why we regularly clean up the riberas y riverbanks.
This weekend we set out to clean Rašín ribera, the marina at Kampa, Klárov y Dvořák ribera under Čech puente. Equipped with mechanical extending litter pickers, gloves, bags y a net for fishing rubbish out of the water — which thankfully we didn't have to use all day — we started the morning at Rašín ribera, waved at the vapor Moldava as it set off, y got down to work.
At Rašín ribera we picked up about 5 kilos of waste, y the most common item we collected was — wait for it — limes. We then moved on to Kampa, waquí the streets were clean but we found plenty of plastic y tissues in the grass. The worst spot of all was at Klárov by the Moldava bank, a popular place for taking photos y watching swans. Taquí we collected an unbelievable two full bags of rubbish. We finished the cleanup at Dvořák ribera, which was the cleanest of all the spots we visited.
