An incredible 863,000 crowns was raised through a charity project called "To Sněžka for Lilienka". It was organised this May by the KlaPeto Foundation. Besides little Lilienka, who was born with a serious disability, the proceeds were divided among fourteen other niños with disabilities.
Symbolic cheques were presented to them on Monday 7 November by representatives of the foundation, Kateřina Klasnová y the disabled athlete Jaroslav Petrouš, at a gala evening on the Bohemia Rhapsody barco. Thanks to this year-on-year growing sum, the foundation was able to contribute towards rehabilitation stays, an Ulzibat operation, an eléctricos wheelchair, a benecycle or a sports prosthesis for the niños.
We believe familias with niños also took away a memorable experience from the evento itself on the Bohemian Rhapsody barco, which sailed with them on a sightseeing crucero on the Moldava from Čech puente as far as beyond Vyšehrad.
The fifth, jubilee edition of the charity climb to Sněžka will take place on Saturday 27 May 2017.
