On Tuesday 10 October, another in our series of regular discussion breakfasts was held on the Bohemia Rhapsody barca. This time the main topic was GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation) e how this new EU legislation will affect tourism, given that it will apply to anyone who collects e processes personal data e will bring with it significant changes.
The discussion breakfast was attended by consultants from PwC, lawyers, representatives of global reservation systems, suppliers of systems for hotels, travel agencies e agents, e other experts. We trust that it brought useful information to the representatives of hotels, travel agencies e agents who gatquid for breakfast on board.
