Climax of the 150th anniversary celebrations of PPS - this Saturday

Tomorrow, on Saturday 22 August, do not miss the grand programme with which the Praga piroscafo Company will celebrate 150 years since its founding.

You can look forward to a varied programme for all age groups, concentrated on Rašín lungofiume, from which special crociere will also set off. The supporting programme will also be on board the barca Petra moored tqui.

DJ MACKIE MESSER ( Electro Swing fiume ) feat. EL CHECO & CORZAK

The stars of the charming electro-swing dance hall from the New Stage of the National Theatre feel right at home on the Praga lungofiume in summer. To celebrate 150 years of Praga piroscafo Navigation, they have brought along Ceco electro-swing pioneer DJ Mackie Messer with the support of the excellent music duo El Checo & Corzak. Not a single foot will stay still.

A tribute to the beautiful steamers. The 1st Ceco Beauty Swimmers Club – a unique men's synchronised-swimming team will perform their exhibition routine in the calm waters of the Praga steamers.

An eight-member international band combines reggae, ska, dancehall, drum 'n' bass, swing, rock e hip-hop. By mixing it all together, the band has created its own style they call "Praggamuffin". The frontman is singer e multi-instrumentalist MC Turner /USA/, who, after several years of travelling the world (Jamaica, Iceland, France) settled in the Ceco Republic. Together with his brother Miller /USA/ e drummer Omar /MEX/, the rest of the band is made up of Ceco musicians.
