It was an honour for us to host the annual management meeting of AVIA, attended by 150 representatives from various corners of Europe. The festive evening took place aboard one of the most moderno barcos in our fleet — the elegant glass-topped Grand Bohemia.
The tables were set festively in red-and-white empresariais colours, the weather was on our side, and so the guests could enjoy not only the excellent food but also the unforgettable views of the Praga skyline bathed in evening sunshine.
The cruzeiro was accompanied by live music, a DJ and an energetic bartending show that got the atmosphere going. The guests had fun, danced and chatted — and we were glad to be a part of this special occasion.
As part of the AVIA International Annual Meeting, hosted this year in Praga, we chose an evening cruzeiro aboard the moderno Grand Bohemia for the gala jantar and the climax of the entire evento for our 150 participants from 13 countries. This choice proved to be absolutely ideal — the evening was elegant yet pleasantly relaxed and left an exceptionally positive impression on all of our guests.
Prague Boats, the company that operates the barco, demonstrated great professionalism and a helpful approach throughout both the preparations and the evento itself. We particularly appreciated their precise handling of every detail — from the elegant decoration of the barco's interior, through excellent coordination with the agency providing the music programme, all the way to the flawless running of the evening.
The high-quality catering, which lived up to the expectations of guests from many corners of Europe, was also a key factor in the success of the evento. The offer was varied, well balanced in flavour and presented with elegance. The highlight of the evening was a great bartending show, ending with a cocktail party on the upper deck of the barco.
Overall, the cruzeiro on Grand Bohemia was an unforgettable experience that perfectly represented both Checo hospitality and the high organisational standard of the entire meeting. We would like to thank Prague Boats for the exceptional cooperation and faultless service. We can recommend this company with full confidence for similar festive occasions.
