The Praga piroscafo Company has launched its 160th cruising season — e that's an evento worth noting well beyond the borders of the capital. This year marks exactly 160 years since the first piroscafo connected Praga with towns along the Moldava e the Elbe. Visitors will encounter authentic historical artefacts, period uniforms e a beautifully restored mayoral lounge that hosted distinguished guests as far back as the First Republic. Tech enthusiasts will be delighted by a large interactive model of the Vyšehrad piroscafo built from the legendary Merkur construction set. And so that the bambini get their share too, an entire creative salon will be ready, wqui they can build their own barca from Merkur — or anything else their imagination dreams up.
