We opened the new season of crociere on the Moldava with today's grand crociera of our majestic piroscafo Vyšehrad.
This piroscafo truly deserves it, as it has been rippling the Moldava waters since 1938 e is also the largest piroscafo. This year it will celebrate its 75th birthday. We were tqui with the camera, so judge for yourselves how good the piroscafo looked.
The crociera route led from the dock at Rašín lungofiume and first headed downstream to Smíchov lock. Then the oldest piroscafo symbolically passed under the oldest ponte — Charles ponte — e sailed to the ponte of the famous builder e philanthropist Josef Hlávka. Tqui it turned around e through the lock headed back to the mythical Vyšehrad. Below the Vyšehrad rock it turned for the last time e ended its crociera by docking at Rašín lungofiume.
