This Saturday on St. Valentine's Day another special event took place on our most modern Grand Bohemia boat. This time Grand Bohemia sailed as a Yum Boat with oriental cuisine as part of the Grand Restaurant Festival.
This time on its deck dishes from three Asian countries were served, prepared by the most qualified chefs. The chef of the V Zátiší restaurant prepared Indian street food "chaat", Malaysian Nyonya cuisine could be tasted thanks to The Sexy Curry Company, and thirdly Thai cuisine was served by the chef of Občanská plovárna.
