PRAGUE BOATS is the largest boat company in Prague, operating new, modern and eco-friendly boats, including hybrid and electric vessels. The average age of our engines in the fleet is 3 years. Our long-term goal is to ensure environmentally friendly operation of boats on the Vltava.
That is why we regularly carry out cleanups of floating litter in the Vltava.
A two-person team can collect several bags of waste per shift. Most often we pull PET bottles, plastic packaging, plastic cups and beverage cans from the river. We sort the litter directly into biodegradable bags as we collect, and the gathered waste is then recycled in containers.
