Grand Bohemia hosted the AVIA annual gala evening
We had the honor of hosting the annual meeting of the AVIA management team, attended by 150 representatives from across Europe. The gala evening took place aboard one of the most modern vessels in our fleet – the elegant and glass-walled Grand Bohemia.
The tables were festively set in red and white corporate colors. The weather was on our side, allowing guests to enjoy not only exquisite food but also unforgettable views of the Prague skyline bathed in the evening sun.
The cruise was accompanied by live music, a DJ, and a dynamic bartender show that energized the atmosphere. Guests enjoyed themselves, danced, chatted – and we were delighted to be part of this exceptional occasion.
As part of the AVIA International Annual Meeting, which was hosted this year in Prague, we chose an evening cruise on the modern boat Grand Bohemia for our 150 participants from 13 countries as the gala dinner and grand finale of the entire event. This choice proved to be absolutely perfect – the evening unfolded in an elegant yet pleasantly relaxed atmosphere and left an exceptionally positive impression on all our guests.
The company Prague Boats, which operates the vessel, demonstrated great professionalism and a helpful attitude throughout the preparation and the event itself. We especially appreciated their meticulous attention to detail – from the elegant interior decorations and excellent coordination with the agency providing the musical program to the flawless execution of the evening.
A key element of the event's success was also the high-quality catering, which met the expectations of guests from across Europe. The selection was diverse, the flavors well-balanced, and the presentation was sophisticated. The highlight of the evening was an outstanding bartender show, culminating in a cocktail party on the upper deck of the boat.
Overall, the cruise on the Grand Bohemia was an unforgettable experience that perfectly showcased both Czech hospitality and the high level of organization of the entire meeting. We would like to thank Prague Boats for their exceptional cooperation and impeccable service. We can wholeheartedly recommend this company for similar festive occasions.
